The new CMHK customer service mobile App, ‘1cm’ - your personal telecom assistant! With a smart phone on hand, service plan subscribers & prepaid card users can handle a variety of mobile communication services anytime, anywhere.
Information query: Users can check out the latest news & promotions, service guides, Wi-Fi hotspot, shop location, roaming info, different services fees and prepaid card info, etc.
Manage Account: Service plan subscribers can access account info, call & data usage, call detail records, obtain payment QR code or pay bill via credit card; prepaid card users can as well access account info and refill the card.
Manage service: Service plan subscribers can apply or de-activate different value-added services, set data usage upper limit; designated 4G service plan subscribers can buy/sell data through ‘2cm trading platform’.
Manage Apps: Through the ‘App Manager’, users can check out and install full range of CMHK Apps.
Check roaming info: In ‘Roaming Manager’, service plan subscribers can check out different roaming services info - roaming coverage & charges, tips & info and can use speed dial to make IDD, local or roaming calls.
‘1cm App’ only supports Android version 2.3.3 or above & specified device models Currently;
For the convenience of users to make calls via ‘Roaming Manager’, the App will access user’s phone book.
