MyMaxis is a self-serve application for Maxis customers to view account information, bill & payment information, subscribe to Value Added Services and contact us through various channel options at your preference. While Hotlink customers can view account balance, expiry date and Activ10 number.
This service is available for individual customers who has Maxis and Hotlink account.
If you have an Issue in updating your App:
1. Close the MyMaxis App and ensure it is not running in the background.
2. Ensure stable connectivity and retry.
3. Alternatively, refer to Google PLay for the latest update.
