CallConfirm

Fixed bug that is occured in adding list ​​from contacts. But in some environment seems to be errors yet. Currently, I have fix it, please be patient. Sorry for the inconvenience.

[Caution]
+ Previous settings are reset.
+ The contents of the database is not deleted.
+ In case of emergency, does not display a confirmation. (I haven''t confirmed.)

[Summary]
+ Display confirmation dialog before calling.
+ Can edit number before calling. (Prefix/Suffix feature)
+ In some conditions, to block incoming calls. (Doesn''t work in Android 2.3 or later.)
